I was able to acquire leadership, management, sales, and marketing skills by participating in extracurricular activities during my degree. This allowed me to work as a Business Development Associate in two different organizations for two years. By gaining experience in the corporate context, I was able to strengthen my communication, interpersonal behavior, team management, corporate etiquette, leadership, relationship building, and customer acquisition skills. In addition, I was able to acquire some technical skills by upgrading to database management tools, customer relationship management tools, and data visualization tools.

 

Within this module, I have learned business analysis techniques, data collection techniques, business modeling techniques, business diagnosis techniques, business implementation techniques, and change management techniques.

These abilities that I could master in this module Consultant Toolbox will help me advance in my profession by preparing me to become a qualified business analyst. These tools and techniques assist me in investigating business problems and proposing appropriate solutions, allowing me to choose analytical tools from a variety of options and apply them effectively, as well as effectively communicating the results of analysis using the appropriate terms and concepts. As a consequence of using these tools and approaches to analyze and build new business systems for AH Classics, I was able to obtain practical experience with some of these tools, which will aid me in applying these strategies and expertise in real-world situations.

 

Due to the continuing evolution of business analysis, I would like to enhance my knowledge and skills to fill the gap in terms of both technical focus and business focus expertise. Some technical skills such as SQL, python, data mining, web analytics, advanced spreadsheet, managerial decision-making skills, and enterprise resource planning system.

 

I would like to improve these technical abilities to assist me to become more adaptable and efficient in order to address the skills gap and become a competent business analyst. In addition, I'd like to improve my project management and analysis skills, which will enable me to take on responsibilities and handle projects more effectively.
